Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
