Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Dallas presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
