Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group is a Honolulu charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 471 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
