Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
