Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Fernwood Glen Legal Group is a Madison practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about document review. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
