Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
