Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
