Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Lumen Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Las Vegas area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
