Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Cedar Harbor Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Reno, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
