Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Jackson with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
