Highbridge Kestrel Press is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about paper stock. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
