Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is an education provider in Wichita serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school calendars. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
