Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Cedar Meadow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Fresno plant. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
