Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Redstone North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
