Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
