Nova Ivory Civic Services Associates provides shared administrative services to local governments around Memphis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
