Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
