Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Highbridge Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Denver. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
