Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Nova Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tulsa serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
