Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Energy is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
