Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
