Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
