Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Madison plant, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
