Amberfield Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
