Fernwood Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Providence design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
