Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 277 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
