Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge.
