Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Fresno design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
