Ironwood Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
