Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
