Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Hartford plant, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about paper stock. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
