Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Amberfield Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Sacramento. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
