Summit Granite Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
