Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is a Tampa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
