Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quarry Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about loan files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
