Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Ironwood Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Madison, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
