Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
