Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Rook Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charleston area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
