Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group is a Columbus charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
