Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
