Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Spokane region. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 733 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
