Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Northwind Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Little Rock working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
