Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Charleston focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
