Westbrook Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Portland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
