Silverline West Arts Center is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
