Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sparrow Energy Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
