Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Cincinnati, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
