Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Cedar Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Las Vegas, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
