Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about trust accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
