Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
